We had a luxurious stay at this hotel with exclusive amenities and exceptional service. the room advantages were impressive, with private facilities that exceeded our expectations.
The only minor issue we encountered was a slight delay in checking in, but this was quickly resolved by the attentive staff. Despite this small inconvenience, we were still able to enjoy a wonderful and relaxing stay at this venue.

This hotel is located in a vibrant area with plenty of restaurants and shops. the pool area is pleasant, surrounded by comfortable loungers on Batesman Street. Rooms feature a spacious lounge area with a small TV, and the bedding is comfortable.
There were several issues with communication and staff. Some guests complained of difficulties reaching the reception desk or not receiving enough information upon check-in.

Stayed at a wonderful new hotel during our city break. Loved the clean and modern decor. The location was fantastic, right near the train station and shopping center. The room had a great layout and a beautiful view of the city skyline. We especially enjoyed having a fully equipped kitchenette, it was great to be able to cook our own meals.
There were some issues during our stay. We had some technical issues with our room and had to go down to reception a few times. Also, the Wi-Fi was not working properly. The staff seemed a bit unorganized and some were not as helpful as others. However, I'm sure these will be sorted out soon, and it didn't impact our overall experience too much.

We loved the central location of the hotel - it was close to Southern Cross station and right on Batesman street where parking was free on Sundays. The room was clean and had all the facilities we needed, including a nice kitchen and comfortable aircon. We also enjoyed the view of the Docklands from our room, and the fact that the hotel is located in the free tram zone.
Everything was fantastic.
